CAMP POLICIES

We can’t wait to see you at Camp Workroom Social!

We want to ensure that each camper has the best experience possible, and to help with this, we've put together some important policies for you below. Before you register for Camp, please read our policies and note that by enrolling in Camp you agree to our policies, rules, and regulations.

TRADING POST

All trading post sales final. Items including paper patterns, books, and other hard goods will be delivered to campers at Camp the weekend of October 14. Digital goods like PDF patterns will be delivered to campers the week of September 19 by email. (Some digital items may be delivered before.)

REGISTRATION

Advanced registration is required. Register online at campworkroomsocial.bigcartel.com. Camp fees, including pay-in-full registration, deposits, and installment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY 

Class transfers are not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not issued after payment is submitted. Camp fees, including pay-in-full registration, deposits, and installment payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. In the event of low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel Camp. If Camp is canceled, enrolled campers will be notified at least 120 days prior to the start of Camp and will receive a full refund.

ATTENDANCE

All Camp activities including sewing classes start and end according to the camper schedule, which all campers will receive upon arrival at Camp. There are no makeups for missed events.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Throughout the weekend of Camp Workroom Social, Camp staff and other campers will be photographing and/or videotaping campers and their work. Workroom Social may publish the recordings online or in other places for marketing purposes. Students agree that their picture and sound may be used by Workroom Social without granting any additional permissions. LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY

Camp Workroom Social is not responsible for campers’ lost or damaged property.

RISK OF INJURY

Campers acknowledge that attending Camp Workroom Social involves certain risks (some of which she may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage, or other harm could occur to the campers or others. Campers accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from attending Camp Workroom Social regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Camp Workroom Social and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers.
